As part of the annual Taylorsville Dayzz celebration, the Touch-a-Truck event invites kids of all ages (and the young at heart) to get up close and personal with the vehicles that keep our communities safe, clean, and moving.
Instead of watching from the sidewalk, your little ones can climb into the driver’s seat, honk the horns, and explore the fascinating machines they usually only see from afar.
What to Expect
There is something for every curious mind! Come meet the friendly crews, take unforgettable photos, and explore an incredible lineup of vehicles, including:
Emergency Heroes: Fire trucks, police cruisers, and ambulances.
Heavy Machinery: Massive excavators, dump trucks, and construction rigs.
City Helpers: Garbage trucks, snowplows, and utility vehicles.
Parent Tip: Don’t forget your camera! There will be endless photo ops as your kiddos don fire hats, sit behind giant steering wheels, and high-five local first responders.

Hosted by the Family Support Center, Touch-a-Truck kicks off a weekend full of community fun. After checking out the trucks, stick around Valley Regional Park to enjoy food booths, carnival attractions, and everything else the festival has to offer.
Admission is completely free, and all families are welcome. We’ll see you in the driver’s seat!

Climbaxe Holiday Tree Removal Program
We're spreading wood chips... I mean Christmas cheer!
Each holiday season, our crew selects one homeowner in need to receive a free tree removal through our Christmas give back program. Because sometimes Santa doesn't just deliver gifts... sometimes he removes trees.
You can nominate yourself or someone in your community who could use a helping hand. Our team will review all nominations and select the recipient at our discretion. The selected homeowner will be notified the week of Christmas, and the removal will be scheduled for early in the new year.
